Proposed 45800 sqm new modern headquarters for Botswana Development Corporation mixed used commercial development comprising of Retail on lower floor levels, offices and apartments on upper levels, for Botswana Development Corporation (BDC) office accommodation and apartments for rentals. This was a proposal for a new high rise modern contemporary corporate headquarters.
