Mr. Moatswi Sekonopo

Chairman and Managing Director – ArcSwana Architects

A US-educated architect and development executive with over 27 years of expertise, Moatswi Sekonopo is the founder and visionary behind ArcSwana Architects. Dually qualified with a Bachelor of Architecture (Howard University) and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Catholic University of America), he is a Chartered Member of RIBA and registered with ARC, SACAP, and SAIA.

Over the past 20+ years, Mr. Sekonopo has led ArcSwana in structuring and delivering transformative commercial, retail, and hospitality developments exceeding Tens of Billions in Pula (BWP) – excess of USD1 Billion projects

Mr. George Proctor

Technical Director – ArcSwana Architects

Mr. George Proctor holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture (Summa Cum Laude) from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, USA. He also holds Graduate Certificates in Project Management and Engineering from IIT Armour College of Engineering, and Business Management from Stuart School of Business, Chicago, USA. Mr. Proctor before joining ArcSwana Architects, was the founding Principal of GPA 4.0 Inc; a Chicago-Based Architectural Design-build Company.

Ms. Segametsi Sekonopo

Finance and Admin Director – ArcSwana Architects

Ms. Sekonopo holds the Association of Accounting Technician (AAT-UK) professional qualification obtained from Institute of Development Management (IDM). Ms. Sekonopo also attended a number of short courses in the management of business. She obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation in February 2024 and is currently registered to study for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) professional qualification.
