Mr. Moatswi Sekonopo

Chairman (Executive Director) - ArcSwana Architects
Mr M. Sekonopo is the chairman of ArcSwana Architects. Mr Sekonopo is a Professional Architect registered with the architects registration council (Botswana), South Africa council of architectural profession, a member of the architectural association of Botswana, chartered member of royal institute of British architects (RIBA) and also a member of South African institute of architects (SAIA). He has a Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University in Washington DC, USA as well as master of civil engineering (Concentration in Project Management) from catholic university of America, Washington, DC. Moatswi is the current chairman of ArcSwana Architects. The company founded about 16/17 years ago, since then he has been an instrumental team leader in putting together business cases for property development such as: BWP 330 million malt (retail) development by JTTM (Pty) Ltd named rail park malt (Station area,Gaborone) BWP 53 million hotel development by life style properties named village view (Village, Gaborone) ArcSwana’s owned properties and direct development experience. BWP 2.6 million apartment complex in Tlokweng. BWP 3.8 million office development at kgale Mews. BWP 89 million hotel development at portion 124 NamedHill Wood Hotel at Kgale precinct.

Mr. George Proctor

Technical Director -  ArcSwana Architects
Mr. George Proctor holds a Masters of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture (Summa Cum Laude) from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, USA. He also  holds Graduate Certificates in Project Management and Engineering from IIT  Armour College of Engineering, and Business Management from Stuart School  of Business, Chicago, USA. Mr. Proctor before joining ArcSwana  Architects was the founding Principal  of GPA 4.0 Inc; a Chicago-Based Architectural Design-build Company.

Mr. Bushy K. Modise

Architectural TeGhnologist - ArcSwana Architects
Mr.   Modise  has  a  National  Craft  Certificate  in Architectural Draughting from Tswelelopele Technical College. Modise joined Sim Design Group Architects in 2001, where he gained experience in working under the supervision of the architect. He produced architectural drawings to their requirements. Plotting drawings, attending site meetings, preparing and processing the application of drawings for submission to the local Authorities like City Councils for approvals. Some of the projects he worked on include New Police Station and Staff Housing at Shakawe, Upgrading of Naledi & Kagiso Senior Secondary Schools and a 30 000 seating capacity Integrated Sports Facilities at Francistown. In February 2008, Modise joined ArcSwana Architect, where he is currently working on several projects like Fairgrounds Hotel; ABM University College (P104 million) the project is currently under construction.

Ms. Segametsi Sekonopo

Admin & Business Dev. - ArcSwana Architects
Ms. Sekonopo holds the Association of Accounting Technician (AAT-UK) professional  qualification obtained from Institute of  Development Management (IDM). Ms. Sekonopo also attended a number of  short courses in the management of business. She is currently registered to study for the  Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) professional qualification. Ms. Sekonopo has been with ArcSwana Architects since 2004 in which capacity

Mr. Bradley Molefe

Director – ArcSwana Architects 

Mr. Bradley has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Havana, Cuba where he presented his Thesis on Bioclimatic Architecture (Thermal Comfort) and he is currently registered with Architects Registration Council – ARC, Botswana. Bradley joined ArcSwana Architects as Senior Architect in 2013.

He has been involved in several projects including the master plan of the proposed 135HA ultra-Modern City Development in the outskirts of Gaborone – Kgale Lake City. The project is a mixed-use development. The Multi Million City Development project provided good exposure to more methods of project delivery. He has also worked as the lead Architect in vañous projects including the new CJSS at Gerald estate in Francistown and design proposals on various projects to date.

He worked at the University Of Botswana from 2012-2016 as full time-part time lecturer where he delivered architectural design studios, building construction technology and presentation and representation skills. He gained a lot of experience in design development while assisting the development of different architectural design concepts and construction drawings.
