Narrative Description and Status of Project

The redesign comprise of closed offices and open workstations for a staff complement of ninety employees with a touch of modern interior design on the above-mentioned spaces by using Modular office equipment, partitions, fixed and unfixed cabinets, The redesigned space shall comprise and cover the following areas of the building (Closed offices and open plan offices-executive wing and workstations, meeting room and Boardrooms, Reception area, Central records Management Unit, Server and Uninterrupted power supply rooms and Storage Facility room and other areas ) .

Lobbies, Boardrooms and waiting areas are to incorporated on these floors and would mark one of the highlights of the interior package. idea is to come up with an interactive work environment that will enable higher levels of engagement and efficient space utilization and thus providing the executive management and the senior management a bit of privacy with enclosed spaces. Furthermore, there are certain units that require security of documents and information such as records management, Legal division, internal Audit, Human resources, finance and Procurement thus the need for the design to provide for such.
