The proposed project entails the design and construction of a 73-bed Primary Hospital with administrative, outpatient, inpatient, and support facilities. Narrative Description and status of the project
The proposed Level 2 Clinics aim to enhance primary healthcare delivery in rural communities through modern outpatient, maternity, and support facilities.
The Outpatients Department (OPD) includes ambulance bays, reception/registry, waiting areas, revenue and medical records offices, triage/screening rooms, consultation rooms, dressing and injection rooms, counselling and observation spaces, sexual and reproductive health services, child welfare clinic, supplementary food store, pharmacy with dispensary, youth-friendly services, staff offices and amenities, ablutions, utility stores, and housekeeping facilities.
The maternity wing has six beds, including antenatal/labour rooms, delivery and postnatal rooms (all ensuite), emergency and resuscitation facilities, treatment and counselling rooms, clean utility, sluice, and storage spaces.

Narrative Description and status of the project
Serowe Internal Roads Project
The project covers the upgrade of 25 km of internal roads in Serowe to bitumen standard, including the construction of four intersections with the A14 Road. The works are spread across Semane 1, Semane 2, Dinokwane, Mokwena, Sekgwana, and Ramokananye wards, with designs incorporating stormwater drainage and street lighting.
Palapye District Council Roads Project
The project involves upgraded of 25 km internal roads grom gravel to bitumen standards, covering roads in Extensions 1 to 9 and Khurumela Ward and with associated stormwater drainage and solar-powered street lighting.
The design is of a comprehensive master plan for stormwater drainage for Mahalapye village, addressing persistent flooding caused mainly by stormwater runoff from the Mmutlane area to the west.
The project involves the upgrade and improvement of 146 km of road between Kodibeleng and Makoba from the natural soil road to new technology gravel roads with the use of geo spans cells associated with stormwater drainage, culverts, road signage, and safety features to improve durability and reduce flooding risks.
The project entails the reconstruction of the road pavement for Road B140, starting from its junction with Route A1 and extending 100 kilometers eastward to Martin’s Drift Border Post. In addition, the scope covers a 10-kilometre section of Route A1, extending about 5 kilometers on either side of the T-junction with Road B140.
The project entails the design and construction of a Truck Inn in Mahalapye, facility strategically located along a key transport corridor to serve freight operators and long-distance drivers. The facility is providing parking for heavy vehicles, fueling services, ablution blocks, convenience shops, and rest areas to improve driver welfare and enhance logistics efficiency.
