Narrative Description and status of Project:

The projects it’s a multi-story building of approximately 615m² which was built more than 2.5 decades ago: Therefore, with such time in existence the building is now experiencing major materials defects externally and internally which needs to be attended to. Currently the project is at stage two: Production of As Built Drawings.
