Narrative Description and status of Project:
Residential Holdings (Pty) Ltd wished to develop and construct residential development on podion of Lot 42786 – Phakalane as a way of dealing with the critical housing demand on the current and future market. The proposal comprised of single dwelling units that are to be built on 13 plots and the remaining 4 were consolidated into two plots from which multi residential units will be built. The new building were clearly delineated to ensure that the style and character is in harmony with other developments in the area and the green building technology was taken in consideration to achieve an environmentally low impact development in terms of energy efficiency and sustainable material.
