Narrative Description and Status of Project

The scheme consists of 5 existing blocks of 2- bedroom  units (30 units in total), & new proposal consist of 14×3 bedroom town houses & 8×4 bedroom town houses, 5 new mixed blocks of 2 &3 bedroom flats (32 x 2 bedroom units, 16 x 3 bedroom units), and  a clubhouse with a pool area at Plot 5149 Village  Gaborone , Botswana.
