Narrative Description and Status of Project:
Proposed 40 535 sqm new modern headquarters for Water Utilities Corporation consisting of offices for Water Utilities Corporation (WUC) staff and some for rentals, with some rental space on the ground floor for retail. This was a proposal for a new high rise modern contemporary corporate headquarters.
